This transformation in Edmonton’s Ottewell community shows what focused, purposeful investing can achieve. When Correa Equity Partners purchased the home it had solid structure but needed a fresh vision and quality updates to meet today’s standards.
We redesigned the layout for better flow, improved energy efficiency, and added modern finishes that complement the neighborhood’s character. From the kitchen and bathrooms to the exterior details, every choice was made with care—balancing function, design, and long-term value.
